Canada Scholarship:

The University of Waterloo came into existence in the year 1956. And over the years, the institution has grown to become one of the top universities in Canada and the world at large. The main campus of this institution is located  in the city of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. The institution has developed a lot of programs to help local and international students achieve their academic goals. And one of such programs is the scholarship scheme made available to students.

Entrance scholarships-Undergraduate level

This Scholarship is available to international students to study any of the courses in the university. Some of the scholarships are fully funded, while others are partially funded.

Scholarships allow the institution to celebrate and recognize your achievements. Entrance scholarships are available if you’re starting full-time first-year degree studies and are beginning university or college for the first time.

Note:

  1. Scholarships are awarded primarily on academic and personal achievement. Bursaries, another type of assistance, are awarded based on financial needs
  2. Scholarships are awarded in mid-May once we receive updated grades from Ontario high schools. Details will be listed in your Waterloo Quest account starting in mid-May. Look for the Entrance Awards tab beside the name of your program.
